Where to Find the PIN

Your activation code is sent by email and also included with the card packaging.

When you purchase your monocard and our platform recognizes your payment, you will receive your PIN along with the email containing the first steps for activating your account.

This code is also included with the card packaging when it arrives at your residence.

Learn how to activate your Monocard online profile

  1. Access your profile page by scanning your Monocard;
  2.  Enter the card PIN with the activation code, your email, and your preferred password;

  3. Click on Activate;

Start editing your online profile

  1. Access the Profile Editing Panel
  2. Fill in your registered email and password from the activation;

  3. On the left side of your editing panel, there is the "Edit Monocard" button;

  4. All set! You can now choose the modules you want to add to your online profile!
