Activate Your Monocard

Learn the first steps to activate your online profile!

In this article, we teach you:

• How to activate your online profile;
• The functions of your editing dashboard;
• Where to find your activation code called PIN;
• How to edit your profile information.

1. Access your profile page by scanning your Monocard or Monodot;
2. Fill in the PIN field with your activation code, then enter your preferred email and password;
   
   
   
3. Click on Activate. Done! Your card is now ready to be personalized!

Where is my activation PIN code?

As soon as you purchase your Monocard and our platform recognizes your payment, you will receive the PIN along with an email containing the first steps to activate your account.

Attention: If you are unable to access your activation code through these means, please contact our support team via the website chat or by email at contato@monocard.com.br.

Start editing your online profile

1. Access the Profile Editing Panel
2. Fill in your registered email and password from the activation; 
   
3. On the left side of your editing panel, there is the "Edit Monocard" button;
   

4. All set! You can now choose the modules you want to add to your online profile!
